Chris Waymark: after working in IT and business consultancy for seven years, Chris
made the discovery that the quality of interactions between people was the
sole most important factor in the success of business projects. This
coincided with his discovery of the Enneagram as a profound and insightful
tool for self-awareness and personal growth. He trained with the Helen
Palmer/David Daniels School to teach the Enneagram professionally, qualifying
in 2004. Apart from teaching it at Emmaus House, he uses it with church
groups, in coaching and in a course of personal development workshops.
Chris brought together these two
discoveries to form a personal development business where he applies
self-awareness tools to help people improve their performance at work, develop
effective relationships and enable their own personal growth and development.
